Tilak Doshi is a Research Associate with the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies in Singapore, China. He holds B.A. and M.A., with Distinction degrees in Economics from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand and was awarded the 1984 Robert S. McNamara Fellowship on the Economic Development Institute of the World Bank.
