Dr Arthur (Andy) M. Horne is Distinguished Research Professor and Dean of the College of Education at the University of Georgia, USA. He was a principal investigator for the U.S. Department of Education ACT Early Project to identify effective teacher interventions for children at risk for emotional and behavioral problems. He was also a principal investigator for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Multisite Violence Prevention Project, developed to study effective ways to reduce violence in schools. He coordinates the Bully Prevention Program at the University of Georgia. His primary research interests are violence reduction, school aggression, and the development of community and family healthy living programs. Dr Jennifer Lind Whitford, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist working in a medical setting and part-time faculty in the psychology department at Augusta State University, USA. She has worked with the Bully Busters program for six years and is a co-developer of the family bullying prevention program. Her professional areas of interest include prevention and reduction of violence and aggression in schools and families, health promotion, and the relationship between mental health and physical illness. Christopher D. Bell is currently completing his doctoral studies in counseling psychology at the University of Georgia, USA and is a psychology intern at the Medical College of Georgia and Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He has worked with the Bully Busters program for four years and is a co-developer of the family bullying prevention program.
