This volume presents 12 drawings made by the prominent British sculptor Alison Wilding during her time at art school in the 1960s and 1970s, offering an insight into a key period in the artist’s development.

The first nine works – collectively referred to as the ‘Ethos of the Petrol Station’ drawings – were a response to a project during the artist’s time at Nottingham College of Art.
