About Steve Miller
Steve Miller is the associate pastor for discipleship at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Westlake Village, California. He was ordained in 1993 and has earned a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. Finding himself at a spiritual crossroads, layman writer Nathaniel Huntting Sherrill quit his job and embarked on a five-year, in-depth exploration of the Gospels and historic Jesus scholarship to resolve the many mysteries and conflicting modern theories about Christ and the Gospels. He realized there was a great need in mainstream Christian education for a devotionally oriented book that celebrated the Gospels as accurate histories of Christ's life, teachings, and ministry. He serves on the Adult Christian Formation committee of Westminster Presbyterian Church, Westlake Village, California, lectures on his gospel research, presents The Layman's Gospel Harmony Chart to small groups, and is developing additional projects on the Gospels that are intended to promote gospel literacy in the global Christian community.
