Jean-Louis Gaillemin is an art historian at the University of Paris IV-Sorbonne. A journalist and cofounder of Beaux Arts magazine, he has contributed to numerous international magazines, including World of Interiors, FMR, and Architectural Digest. He is the author of Hubert Le Gall (Norma, 2013), Jean Royere (2016), Pucci de Rossi (Norma, 2016).
