This compilation is an exquisite and comprehensive collection of work by the Cuban-American photographer who, after being exiled from his homeland at the age of thirteen, travelled extensively in Central and South America, capturing the spirit of Latin America through his lens and seeking a connection with his cultural roots. This book represents the full breadth of the artist's work, culled from over three decades of travel in sixteen different countries.
