About Barnouin, Barbara; Changgen, Yu
Barbara Barnouin earned her Ph.D. from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva, where she is currently a research fellow at the Asia Center (CRAM). The late Yu Changgen had worked with Zhou Enlai in the Foreign Ministry of China in the 1960s and 1970s.
