About Niall Dr. Keogh
Niall Keogh, was born in Dublin and grew up in Cork. A graduate of UCC, he has worked with the National Library of Ireland, the Irish Manuscripts Commission and the Dictionary of Irish Biography. Married to Elizabeth, he is currently a diplomatic spouse lecturing in Russia's Moscow State University.
