About Robin Allen
Robin Allen is the Director of Investigations of the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission. James Joseph has worked for a variety of fisheries research and management organization and served as Director of the Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission from 1969-1999. He currently works as a private consultant on a variety of fisheries and related issues. Dale Squires is a Senior Scientist with NOAA Fisheries in La Jolla, California; Adjunct Professor of Economics at the University of California, San Diego; Visiting Fellow at Australian National University; and Honorary Professor at the University of Southern Denmark.
