Dr Emmanuel T Laryea is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Monash University, Australia, and a Fellow at the Tim Fischer Centre for Global Trade and Finance, Bond University, Australia. He obtained his LLB from the University of Ghana, his LLM from the University of Glasgow, and his PhD from Bond University. Emmanuel taught at the University of Ghana, Bond University and Lancaster University, United Kingdom, before joining Monash in 2001. He also practised law with a commercial law firm in Ghana. Franziska Sucker is a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand, School of Law, Johannesburg, South Africa, and a doctoral candidate at the Universitat Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She was a visiting research fellow at the World Trade Institute, Berne, Switzerland and a visiting researcher at the South African Institute for Advanced Constitutional, Public, Human Rights & International Law, Johannesburg.
