[Petition; also, Minutes of Proceedings and Evidence taken before the Select Committee on the Cork County Election; together with the Poll Books produced before the Committee] The Petition presented to the Committee was that of Nicholas Philpot, Leader of Dromagh, in the County of Cork, Esq., Robert Longfield, of the City of Dublin, Esq., Barrister at Law, John Newman, of Ashgrove, County cork, Esq., and John Caulfield Irvine, of Grove Hill, County Cork, Esq.. The Committee determined that Daniel O’Connell, Esq., and Edmund Burke Roche, esq., were duly elected Knights of The Shire, to serve in the present Parliament for the County of Cork. 214pp. Disbound, housed in a protective file
