PAOLO TRIPODI is Lecturer in the Department of International Relations at Nottingham Trent University. He is a former Fellow of the Italian National Agency for New Technology, Energy and the Environment. He served as First Lieutenant with the Carabinieri (Italian Military Police) in Rome.
