Hardcover. 120pp. Crua/Hardcover. Cnuasach filíochta Gaeilge agus Gearmáinise é seo. Is é ábhar an leabhair seo tionscadal a cuireadh ar bun i rith Fhéile Filíochta Bheirlín 2004 inar oibrigh seisear filí Gearmánach le seisear filí Gaeilge le saothair a chéile a aistriú. Chuir na filí an-suim sa togra, Biddy Jenkinson go háirithe, nár ghlac páirt riamh roimhe sin i gceardlann aistriúchán agus nár cheadaigh aistriúchán Béarla ar saothar s'aici. Seo a leanas na filí: Nuala Ní Dhomhnaill agus Mirko Bonné; Gréagóir Ó Dúill agus Monika Rinck; Michael Davitt agus Barbara Köhler; Biddy Jenkinson agus Dorothea Grünzweig; Cathal Ó Searcaigh agus Maja Haderlap; agus Gabriel Rosenstock agus Armin Senser. Tá bunleaganacha na ndánta sa leabhar, móide aistriúcháin, chomh maith le dhá dhlúthdhiosca a taifeadadh le linn na féile.. This is a collection of Irish and German poetry The book came about as a result of a project during the Berlin Poetry Festival 2004, which paired six German poets with six Irish language poets in order to translate each other's work. It proved a very interesting and fruitful exercise for the poets, Biddy Jenkinson in particular, who had never previously taken part in any translation exercise and has refused to have her poetry translated to English. The poets were: Nuala Ní Dhomhnaill and Mirko Bonné; Gréagóir Ó Dúill and Monika Rinck; Michael Davitt and Barbara Köhler; Biddy Jenkinson and Dorothea Grünzweig; Cathal Ó Searcaigh and Maja Haderlap; and Gabriel Rosenstock and Armin Senser. The book contains original versions of the poems with facing translations and comes with two CDs recorded during the festival
