Alessandra Casarico is Associate Professor of Public Economics at Università Bocconi, Italy, and Director ofEconpubblica, Center of Research on the Economics of the Public Sector at Università Bocconi. Marilisa D'Amico is Full Professor of Constitutional Law and Constitutional Justice at the University of Milan, School of Law, Department of Public Italian and Supranational Law. She is Director of the Division of Constitutional Law. She is also Vice-President of the Council of Presidency of Administrative Justice and barrister before the Supreme Court. She is scientific coordinator of two Specialization courses at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan: 'Equal Opportunities and Discrimination', 'Women and Corporate governance' ('Corporate governance, rules, meritocracy', Academic Year 2013/2014). Together with Professor Bianca Beccalli, she is also scientific coordinator of the course, 'Women, politics and Institutions.
