About Marcello Balbo
Marcello Balbo is Professor of Urban Planning at the University of Venice. He has been an international consultant for multilateral and bilateral urban planning and management projects and was coordinator of the Network-Association of European researchers on Urbanization in the South. He is the author of a number of books on urbanization and local development in the South.
