About Tony Wilmott
Tony Wilmott is an archaeologist with English Heritage, for whom he has been Director of the Chester Amphitheatre Project, and is also Co-ordinator of the Hadrian's Wall Research Framework. He has worked in Romano-British archaeology for almost 30 years and is the author of Birdoswald Roman Fort: 1800 Years on Hadrian's Wall.
