Richard W. Painter is Dean of the School of Law, Staffordshire University. He has written widely on employment law. Keith Puttick is a barrister and is Principal Lecturer in Law at Staffordshire University. Ann Holmes is Professor of Law and Head of the School of Law at Manchester Metropolitan University.
