Jason Gary Horn is Assistant Professor of English and Chair of Humanities at Gordon College in Barnesville, Georgia. He has published several articles on Mark Twain and other American literary figures, and is the author of Mark Twain and William James: Crafting a Free Self, which explores Twain's religious psychology and philosophical temperament.
