This work addresses the much-ignored history of British policy towards Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Poland following the creation of nation states in Central Europe at the end of the First World War. Miklós Lojkó is a Ph.D graduate of the University of Cambridge, and is currently Senior Lecturer at the School of English and American Studies of Eötvös Loránd University as well as Academic Writing Instructor at the Department of History of the Central European University.
