For the past 30 years I have been teaching lipid biochemistry to'inedical students, graduate students, and undergraduate students. The major topics covered in my courses were fatty acids, prostaglandins, leukotrienes, phospholipids, glyco lipids, triacylglycerols, cholesterol, bile acids, and plasma lipoproteins.
