Gerald Corey is Professor Emeritus of Human Services and Counseling at California State University at Fullerton. He and Marianne Schneider Corey received ASGW's Eminent Career Award in 2001 and the American Mental Health Counselors Association's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011. He received the Outstanding Professor of the Year Award from California State University at Fullerton in 1991. Dr. Corey is the author or co-author of 16 textbooks in counseling currently in print, along with more than 60 journal articles and book chapters. He has published six books with the American Counseling Association, including THE ART OF INTEGRATIVE COUNSELING, Fourth Edition (2019).
