This is a resource which promotes emotional wellbeing in a very simple way. I like the illustration of Flying high and think that it is an easy and exciting concept for young people to link to their own experience of emotions. I could see it being used in a school setting predominantly - either for small group work or individually with young people. This resource offers the chance for young people to personalise and come up with their own ideas and interpretation.
