About Thomas A. Horrocks
Thomas A. Horrocks is the author of Lincoln’s Campaign Biographies and former Director of the John Hay Library, Brown University. Howard D. Weinbrot is Ricardo Quintana Professor of English and William Freeman Vilas Research Professor in the College of Arts and Letters and Science at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. James G. Basker is the Richard Gilder Professor of Literary History at Barnard College, Columbia University, and President of the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History. James Engell is Professor of English and Comparative Literature at Harvard University and co-editor of the Bollingen edition of the Biographia Literaria for the Collected Works of Coleridge. Nicholas Hudson is Professor of English at the University of British Columbia Jack Lynch is Professor of English at Rutgers University, Newark, New Jersey. Allen Reddick is Professor of English Literature at the University of Zurich.
