Oscar D. Beisert Jr. lives in Philadelphia and Washington, DC, and is an architectural historian. Irwin Richman, who resides in Bainbridge, Pennsylvania, is Professor Emeritus of American Studies and History at Penn State Harrisburg and is currently Director of the Heirloom Seed.
