About Michael G. Lafosse
Michael G. LaFosse has been an origami artist and teacher for decades, and co-curated the Origami Now! exhibition at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts. The recent award-winning film Between the Folds by Vanessa Gould features LaFosse and his work prominently. Richard L. Alexander holds a degree from Cornell University in biology; he also studied landscape architecture and design. Together, Alexander and LaFosse have created dozens of origami exhibitions, and over 70 books, kits, and videos about papermaking and paper folding arts.

LaFosse & Alexander's Origami Flowers Kit contains 180 sheets of origami paper along with a full-color 96-page instruction book and a 2 1/2 hour instructional video DVD! I love the colorful selection of flowers in this book. You can create beautiful paper folded greeting cards, gift boxes, bouquets and much more.
Suzy's Artsy Craftsy Sitcom blog There is a nice balance of easy, intermediate and harder models in this book [...] I have read numerous origami books and folded hundreds of flowers, so it was nice to see some original designs. The quality of the book itself is pretty high, it's a soft cover, but the simply stapled spine makes it easy to open the book without it flipping closed. The pages are modern satin, thin but sturdy. The colors and the photos are high quality and pretty. The size is about A5, which makes it easy to handle, and cute!
