As Advanced Skills teachers, with experience of senior leadership and National Strategy Consultancy, they have spent a large proportion of their time observing lessons, reflecting on good teaching practice and training colleagues to improve. They have responded to what their experience and discussions with colleagues have told them and designed a book that is truly effective for those at the ‘interactive whiteboard face’.
