This is an outstanding book for future school leaders as they matriculate through their program of study. What excited me the most...is that it is loaded with numerous realistic problems and issues that school leaders will have to confront daily. I found both the stated 'case questions' and accompanying 'related activities' to be most thoughtful and reflective opportunities for pre-service leaders to explore issues that are correlated with the existing national standards for educational leaders. Bravo to the authors for developing this quality and practical resource for students and current practitioners.
