Additionally, Michelle is a qualitative methodologist with a range of specialist areas including discourse and conversation analysis, doing research with children, and research ethics. Michelle has published a range of papers, books, and conference presentations in this area, including a book with SAGE on interviewing children and young people, and a book with SAGE on doing research with children. Nisha Dogra is a professor of Psychiatry Education and Honorary Consultant in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Greenwood Institute of Child Health, University of Leicester. She currently works with as a generic child and adolescent psychiatrist within a multidisciplinary team. Nisha has been involved in the development and delivery of innovative programmes to teach diversity and psychiatry in undergraduate and postgraduate education. She has also worked to support the professional development of medical educators. Her research areas include child mental health, mental health promotion, and medical education research. She has published widely including peer-reviewed publications; edited and written books; as well as writing many chapters for books edited by colleagues related to psychiatry and education.
