Maruta Herding (Dr.) is a sociologist at the German Youth Institute (Deutsches Jugendinstitut e.V.) in Halle, Germany. The book »Inventing the Muslim Cool« is the publication of her doctoral research, which she conducted at the University of Cambridge.
