About Anne Westhues
Anne Westhues is a professor of social work at Wilfrid Laurier University. Her teaching and research are in the areas of social policy, planning, and evaluation. Brian Wharf was a professor emeritus in the Faculty of Human and Social Development at the University of Victoria until his death in 2011.
