About Ralph W. Tiner
Ralph W. Tiner is regional wetland coordinator for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and has served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Plant, Soil, and Insect Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA. He is a nationally recognized wetland ecologist and author of more than two hundred publications.
