Kitty Hunter Blair's translations include Andrei Tarkovsky's Sculpting in Time, and work for the RSC and the BBC. She taught Russian language and literature at Cambridge for twenty years, and is a trustee of London's Pushkin House, the charity set up by Russian emigres in the 1950s to promote Russian culture.
