Anthony O’Halloran has a PhD in Government from University College Cork and an MA in Comparative Politics from University College Dublin. He currently lectures at the Dublin Campus of Champlain College, Vermont, and the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and was previously a Visiting Scholar at Southern Illinois University and California State University.
