Madeline has published on cyber norms, Internet Freedom, multi-stakeholder Internet governance, and the public/private partnership in national cyber security strategies (research funded by the British Council). Her publications include US Power and the Internet in International Relations (Palgrave MacMillan, 2016). Adam R.C. Humphreys is Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Reading. Previously he taught at the University of Oxford, where he was also a British Academy Post-Doctoral Fellow.
