About Georg Schwedt
Georg Schwedt studied chemistry at the University of GÖttingen, Germany, and received his Ph.D. from the University of Hanover, Germany. Schwedt was appointed Director of the Institute of Food Chemistry and Analytical Chemistry at the University of Stuttgart.
