Dispatch times for books

The dispatch time indicated on each item gives an estimate of when your order will be shipped from Kennys. Every book on the website has a unique, guideline dispatch time which you'll find on every item page, e.g. Usually ships in 2 to 4 working days.

Books listed as Usually ships in 2 to 4 working days should be in-store and ready to ship quickly. 

Books listed in a range of Usually ships in 3 to (anywhere up to) 12 working days are available, but come to us first via publishers/suppliers and so take slightly longer to dispatch. 

Books listed as Will be shipped on or around publication date are pre-orders. When you place an order with a pre-order item/s, the pre-order/s will ship upon their publication date. Other items on such an order will ship in advance. 

Please note, when ordering more than one book, your order will be dispatched together within the timescale of the book with the longest lead time.
