The organizing context presented here is one calling for exceptional attributes and skills. The ability to recognize and integrate the constituent ingredients for organizational flow are interwoven through most of the chapters as organizational order, symbiosis, behavioural harmony, and inter-connectivity. As Louis A. Allen initiated decades ago, the challenge remains one of making it happen with economy and harmony. The question begs whether it is trainable, or merely shaped, provided the fundamental substance naturally exists? Many useful perspectives are proffered throughout.
