He obtained his doctorate degree in Medicine (M.D.) in Spain and retrained as an organizational development specialist at Harvard Business School. Garcia has been the president of the Spanish Organizational Development Society, and cofounder of the "Utopia" movement (www.eutopia.es). Garcia is the author (or coauthor) of 4 books related to the management of values and organizational stress. He has consulted numerous Spanish and Latin American organizations in the field of values, creativity and change management. BONNIE RICHLEY is currently a Visiting Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Department of Human Resources at ESADE Business School in Barcelona. She holds a Ph.D. and an Msc in Organizational Behavior from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
