About Ginger Emas
Ginger Emas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a B.A. in Journalism. She joined the IBM Corporation as a magazine staff writer, video script writer, and media relations coordinator. Ginger became the youngest editor of The IBM Charlottean, a publication for more than 6,000 employees and customers. She spearheaded the United Way Campaigns throughout IBM Charlotte for three consecutive years, exceeding participation and contribution goals each year. For her editorial contributions she was awarded the United Way Communications Award two years running; for her leadership she received the IBM Division Award. In 1987, Ginger opened her own firm in Atlanta, Georgia as a pen for hire. Her work covers leading-edge marketing strategies and copywriting, feature writing, customer and corporate communications, and project management for small-to-large organizations. Today, Ginger specializes in original marketing programs focused on the powerful demographic of women 25-55, through inventive “word-of-mom” grassroots marketing both off- and online.
