About Alan Dunn
Alan Dunn is a master sugar artist and teacher with an international reputation. He began learning at the British Sugarcraft Guild, and went on to study the City and Guilds Bakery and Flour Confectionery Courses. By the age of 17 he was leading sugar-flower classes. He has since taught classes and demonstrated at sugarcraft shows throughout the UK, North America and across the globe.
