About Linda Maria Steele
Linda Maria Steele's first foray into food began when she asked Santa for an Easy Bake Oven. From there, she worked at a bakery in high school. Steele loves creative time in her kitchen. She soon realized it made people happy when she cooked and baked for them, so she began sharing her creations beyond family and friends, founding a home-based baking business and writing about her food adventures on a blog. When she's not in the kitchen, she's often writing about food as a freelancer for Cape Cod publications. Linda is also a humanities faculty member at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where she teaches courses in writing and literature. Her greatest passion is in her role as Mom to Nathan, Bella, and Sophia.
